We will let you know the cost of repair first, and we do not charge you unless your computer is fixed.

USB Flash Drive (If Hard Drive or Flash Drive is used to back up to it must be
provided to us by customer). *If you have a USB Flash Drive or external HD capable of storing enough to back your
data, you can provide this & the price will be $5 lower. Otherwise, we will
provide up to 4 DVDs or CDs to back up data onto at no extra charge. If
customer requires more than 4 DVDs or CDs for backup, the charge is $4 for each additional DVD or 4 CDs.
